Our Submission Grappling program, focuses on wrestling, submissions and grappling techniques. This class is slightly more physical than our BJJ program and is coached by some of the highest level athletes in the UK.

Meet Ethan Boland-White, head coach at SJA Martial Arts and dedicated practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for five years. E than holds a purple belt with three tags and leads Kids Sub Grappling, Adult BJJ Fundamentals, and coaches at Neath.
